4. Accuracy, translations, and updates
We take care when preparing Islamic educational content, but human error, translation differences, differing scholarly views, broken links, and outdated details may occur. Pages may be corrected, expanded, reorganised, or withdrawn without prior notice.
Downloaded, printed, cached, or copied versions may become outdated after the live website is updated.
5. Website tools and availability
Search, prayer-time features, Hijri dates, location settings, audio, embedded videos, and other website tools may depend on browser settings, third-party services, device data, and technical availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent access. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
6. Voluntary support and payments
Barakah Bounty is free to read. Any support payment is voluntary and does not create ownership, paid membership, religious authority, special access, or a guaranteed personal service.
Payments may be handled by third-party providers, banks, UPI services, or payment gateways. Their processing, security, settlement, dispute, and privacy terms may also apply.
Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a payment.
7. External services and links
The website may link to or embed services operated by other organisations, including government authorities, Islamic resources, video platforms, payment providers, and social platforms. Barakah Bounty does not control their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or later changes.

- Do not interfere with the website, server, forms, plugins, payment process, security controls, or another visitor’s use.
- Do not use automated tools to overload, harvest, scrape, or copy the website without permission.
- Do not alter Islamic material in a way that misrepresents its meaning or falsely presents Barakah Bounty as issuing a binding ruling.
9. Suspension and protection of the website
We may block, restrict, or report activity that reasonably appears unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, automated, or harmful to the website, its visitors, payment systems, or intellectual property.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barakah Bounty is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general educational content without obtaining appropriate personal guidance, by third-party services, by incorrect device or location settings, or by temporary website unavailability.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without removing any mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor under another law. Please contact us first so a concern can be reviewed in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
12. Severability, changes, and contact
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A failure to enforce one provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms may be updated when the website, services, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The latest published version applies from the update date shown above.
