Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free educational content

Most Barakah Bounty content is provided free of charge. Because no purchase is made to read this content, there is no order to cancel and no refund is applicable.

2. Voluntary support payments

A payment made through a support option is treated as a voluntary contribution towards hosting, maintenance, writing, design, development, technical services, and continued educational work.

Voluntary support is normally non-refundable once successfully processed, except where a refund is required by law or is reasonably appropriate under this policy.

3. When a refund may be considered

• The same payment was processed more than once.
• An incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error.
• The payment was made without the account holder’s authorisation.
• A recurring payment was collected after a valid cancellation should have taken effect.
• A paid digital item or service was not delivered, was materially defective, or was materially different from its description.
• A refund is required under applicable law or is considered fair in the circumstances.

4. Reporting period

Please report an accidental, duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised payment as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the transaction. A later request may still be reviewed where there is a reasonable explanation or where applicable law requires it.

5. Recurring support cancellation

Where recurring support is available, cancel it through the payment provider, bank mandate, UPI app, or account method used to create it. Please cancel before the next scheduled collection.

Cancellation stops future payments but does not automatically reverse a payment already processed. Contact us if assistance is needed.

6. Paid digital resources or services

If Barakah Bounty later offers a paid download, course, membership, or service, any specific terms displayed at checkout will also apply.

A refund may be restricted after a digital item has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or substantially used, except where the item is defective, incorrect, undelivered, materially misdescribed, duplicated, or refundable under applicable law.

7. How to request a refund

Email contact@barakahbounty.com with the subject line Refund Request and include:

• Name and email used for the payment.
• Payment date and amount.
• Transaction or reference number.
• Payment method.
• A clear explanation of the request.

8. Review and processing times

We aim to review a complete request within 7–10 working days. Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.

An approved refund will normally be sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take a further 5–10 working days, or longer in some cases, to display the amount.

9. Payment-provider fees

Some gateways or financial institutions may not return their processing charge. Where a non-refundable provider fee affects the amount returned, this will be explained before the refund is completed. No deduction will be made where applicable law does not permit it.

10. Unauthorised transactions

If you believe a card, bank account, wallet, or UPI account was used without permission, contact the bank or payment provider immediately, secure the account, and then send us the transaction details needed to locate the payment.

11. Cancellation by Barakah Bounty

We may reject, suspend, cancel, or refund a transaction where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unauthorised use, technical error, illegal activity, incorrect pricing, non-delivery, or misuse of the website.

12. Statutory rights and policy changes

This policy does not remove consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policy may be updated when payment methods, services, or legal requirements change.
