2. Choose a clear subject line

• Islamic Content Correction for a Qur’an, hadith, fiqh, Seerah, history, or educational concern.
• Technical Issue for broken pages, display problems, search, audio, forms, or mobile errors.
• Payment or Refund for voluntary support, duplicate payments, cancellation, or refund questions.
• Privacy Request for access, correction, deletion, subscription, or data concerns.
• Copyright Concern for ownership, attribution, or permission matters.
• General Message for anything that does not fit the categories above.

3. What to include

• Content correction: page link, exact quotation or section, concern, and supporting source where available.
• Technical issue: page link, device, browser, screenshot if useful, and steps that caused the problem.
• Payment matter: payment date, amount, method, transaction reference, and the email or name used.
• Privacy request: the relevant email address or interaction and a clear explanation of the request.
• Copyright matter: identification of the protected work, location on the website, ownership basis, and requested action.

4. Response time

We aim to acknowledge messages within 7 working days and to respond within 7–10 working days where reasonably possible. Complex Islamic, technical, payment, privacy, or copyright matters may take longer because they require careful review.

Sending repeated copies of the same message may slow the review rather than speed it up.

5. Safety and sensitive information

Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, full card numbers, private identity documents, medical files, or other sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.

6. Not an emergency service

This inbox is not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent medical, safety, legal, financial, or crisis assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional immediately.

General educational corrections are welcome, but Barakah Bounty does not promise individual fatwas or private religious rulings by email. Personal cases should be taken to a trustworthy qualified scholar who can review the complete circumstances.
